Notice to Owners and Builders
Plans for construction and other improvement of properties in Riverview Terrace must be submitted for review and approval to the Architectural Review Committee. Building requirements and restrictions are documented in the Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions for "Riverview Terrace Estates" and in the Rules and Regulations. Board of Directors Meetings
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the RTHOA are held at 7:00 PM on the last Monday of each month at the Grant Community House located at 4580 1st Street, Grant. Meetings are open to all Riverview Terrace property owners.

If you are a new owner, or if your address or other contact information has changed recently, please contact us so that we can keep our records up to date. For those owners who have email capability, we keep in regular email contact with meeting notices, minutes of meetings, and other news of the association.
